It Representative Mink does not win the Oregon election, she does not plan to seek the needed fifty delegates, she has not campaigned in any other state. Representative Mink does not feel the organized women's vote w ill make a noticeable difference in this election, she views the organization of the National Women's P olitical Caucus to he significant fo r the future, ami that women's par ticipation in government w ill grow.
