Stark, Thursday, January 7, 9:30 a.m ., to sign tl»e title for p u r c h a s e of a house for the Boise Environmental Education Project (BEEP). The house, located at 728 N. S h a v e r , five blocks from the school, Is being purchased with Ford Foundation funds granted to the Portland school district for BEEP, a project tiegun this fall to Involve students more actively In community life. The sm all, two-bedroom house will be renovated by stu dents as a study project. It will then lie used lor classes. The nine students who will be v i s i t i n g the title company Thursday selected the home b e in g purchased. They had background classes with build ing Inspectors and f i n a n c e p e o p l e , according to BEEP Coordinator Mrs. Bobble Nunn. Pioneer Title executive Fred Macy will conduct the students on a tour of the company and explain the procedures for buy ing a house.
