area at 327 N. Skidmore Street.

Boise Environmental Education
Project (BEEP).
The house, located at 728 N.
S h a v e r , five blocks from the
school, Is being purchased with
Ford Foundation funds granted
to the Portland school district
for BEEP, a project tiegun this
fall to Involve students more
actively In community life.
The

house will be renovated by stu
dents as a study project. It will
then lie used lor classes.
The nine students who will be

renovation of the house when It

Pastor Wallace and 50 associates from the Maranatha
Evangelistic Center of Portland, Oregon will be leaving
for Kenya East Africa Feb. 1 through March 7, 1971.
Willa Dorsey will be the featured Soloist - also Richard
Probasco and Special Traveling Choir and their musical
talents.
Members of the team will also include: Rev. Richard
Beal from Asbury Seminary, Wilmore, Kentucky and
Rev. Lloyd Sweet of World Harvest Evangelism, Dur
ham, Connecticut.

meeting of the year Jan. 3 at
the residence of Mr. and Mrs.
Robert King, announced Its offi
cers for 1971.
The officers are: Mrs. Arvel-
la English, president; Travis
Sango, vice president; Mrs.
O p a l Clark, recording secre
tary; Mrs. Josephine King, fi
nancial secretary; Freddie Wil
liams, tre a su rer.
M e m b e rs thought It very
proper to start the 1971 meeting
at the Kings* residence because
the club was organized In the
Kings' home January 6, 1963.
The members expressed their
deepest appreciation to John
Keller, outgoing president for
his leadership to the club and
for a Job well done.
