ALL DELIVERIES LOWER Shipments Reported for the Week Are Twice as Heavy as a "Year Ago Stocks at Primary Points Piling Vp. CHICAGO. Sept. 30. There was a bear drive at grain prices in the last few minutes today and the market, which had been wavering for Sims time, cloeed weak. During most ot the day wheat was higher than yesterday, but was unable to make any noteworthy gain. The slight rtee was due mainly to the feet that Liverpool quotations were not so weak as had been expected. Buying power, however, was not Important and ttere waa increased selling with each advance. One reason waa that the relative bullishness In the English market had partly for a basis predictions of lifrhter world's shipment, but the fact devel oped that the total, although smaller than last neek, would be larger than a year ago. Ar gentine, Indian and Australian shipments were jthown to be more than twice as heavy as at the corresponding time 12 months previous. Then, too, the stocks at primary points In this country kept piling up Incessantly. De cember ranged from 96c to 97Vic and In the end was 96S96V4C, a net low of c.
