M., August 13, 1906, at which time aald proposals will be opened and considered by the Council, for furnishing the materials and constructing a system of water works and electric light ing system for the town of Sunnyside, Wash. The work will consist of about 2900 feet of 8-Inch wooden stave water main, 3000 feet of 6-inch water main. 2700 feet of 4 lnch water main, 16 hydrants, valves, one 300.000-gallon reservoir, one 200-gallon pump, one 00 B. H. P. gasoline engine, one 25 K. W. alternating dynamo, poles, trans formers, etc., for lighting the town. The Council reserves the right to rejeot any and all bids. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. L No bid, will be received for any part of the work herein described from parties who cannot show a reasonable acquaintance with and preparation for the proper per formance of the class of work for which the bid la submitted.
