PROJECT DESCRIPTION The intent of this contract is to replace the existing watermain in OR202 (West Marine Drive/Olney Avenue) between Alameda Avenue and 5th Street with a new HDPE watermain. The project is planned to be com- pleted before a subsequent Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) roadway improvement project in the same location. OR202 is an ODOT facility.
