The deadline to submit ap- plication materials is Sunday, May 17. The residency provides selected artists with access to discarded materials, a stipend of $400 per month and a large studio space at RWO’s War- renton-based shop. By supporting artists who work with recycled materials, AVA and Recology hope to encourage people to conserve natural resources and promote new ways of thinking about art and the environment.
