People with roots in Swedish-speaking Finland needed The Daily Astorian NASELLE, Wash. — Four researchers from the Migration Centre of Swed- ish-speaking Finland are vis- iting Naselle, Ilwaco and Astoria in the middle of June to research and docu- ment migration to and from Swedish-speaking Finland. To accomplish this task, they hope to interview peo- ple who have their roots in Swedish-speaking Finland. The center is a regional department of the Finnish Institute of Migration, and its headquarters, founded in 1974, are located in Tuku, Finland. The center pro- motes the collection, stor- age and documentation of material relating to migra- tion to and from Finland and maintains and provides information services about migration. The com- pany provides a high qual- ity of service, and in the past few years, JP Plumbing has helped the district on eve- nings and weekends restore or repair water service in order to have school on time the next day.
