King, pcrmis ion was granted the residents of Chicago street between Modoc street nnd Portland boulevard to have a ten-foot curb if the prowr waivers can be secured. The woolen mills team took care of one in the morning and won without half trying by a score 21 to 4. It was a loosely played affair and did not arouse as much enthusiasm as a couple clubs of ten- year-oius would nave done. In the pre liminary practice it was quite evi dent that the boys from the metrop olis were only slightly acquainted with the game.
