Even though my representative, Alan Brown didn't seem to listen to me, we were joined for lunch by Brad Witt, the representative from Scappoose (Dist. 31) and he got an earful of my complaints about Homecare workers having to bargain over Workers' Compensation every single contract. When I learned that Rep. Witt had drafted legislation to make Workers' Comp a permanent part of our contract, I was elated.” Mary Wood is a Homecare Provider from Lincoln City.
