It seems that "Ike” needs proof of birth and enlisted the aid of George Leonetti of Portland as hi's special emis sary. and cooperator. George obliged by getting the required forms, Exhib its "X ’’, "A ”, "B”, and "C ”, and sent them to Ike with careful instructions. The procedure is not clear, but we gather that if one Cain possibly com plete F o rm s"X ” and "A ”, he is per- mitted to take some liberties in an swering "B”, and then, if one’s patience holds out, it may be possible to com plete required Form "G ” to the point marked "X ”. George suggests that peo ple in need of proof of birth, as re quired by the Retirement Board, will live, longer and--suffer less if they re sort to ;certified school records or other acceptable evidence.^ — S.
