A resolution was passed to form a Portland Area Coun cil,- .the members of which should be officers and delegates from' the four Iqcak chapter^. I Following adjourriment ,of the meet ing, the , Officers and delegates of the four chapters met and formed the, pro posed Area Council, naming J.; T. Skel ton from Rose City Chapter N o m ^ Chairman. This Council will meet once a month to discuss Association prob lems and act as a grievance committee for tfeie/Area.
