We were very happy to have as our
guests, at our meeting on February 28,

will all visit us again. A resolution was
passed to form a Portland Area Coun­
cil,- .the members of which should be
officers and delegates from' the four
Iqcak chapter^. I
Following adjourriment ,of the meet­
ing, the , Officers and delegates of the
four chapters met and formed the, pro­
posed Area Council, naming J.; T. Skel­
ton from Rose City Chapter N o m ^
Chairman. This Council will meet once
a month to discuss Association prob­
lems and act as a grievance committee
for tfeie/Area. I
