Charles Ralph was appointed on the refreshment committee for next meet ing. , —W. P. Laws KLAMATH FALLS CHAPTER No. 12 Keith L. See, shovel operator and street foreman for oiling crew No. 4, has had some bad luck. He is now in San Francisco having a, new cornea planted in his left eye. He is doing* well, but is pretty tired of lying in bed. Harold W. Harris, heavy equipment operator for Leo E. Kirkham’s extra gang, loSjt his father, Elbra S. Harris, 27 roller operator on the same crew, re cently. Dick, as he was known, was well liked and was a good hand on any man’s crew. We pick up a new member and lose a® old member once in a while, but we expect to increase our membership as soon as word gets around that the hamburger and onions, coffee and doughnuts, etc., are a regular thing at our monthly meetings. The few who attended the last two meetings cer tainly had enough to eat and there is plenty of hamburger in the cold stor age locker for a few more meetings, and attendance should be looking up. 1—C.
