PEAR CRUNCH 3 cans drained pears 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cUp sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnam on 1 egg 1/3 cup melted butter ; Mix pear slices with brown sugar in a baking pan. Set aside. Mix flour, salt, sugar and cinnam on. Set aside. Beat egg. M ix flo u r m ixtu re . S pread ove r frultv Pour, m elted butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees (m oderate oven) about 45 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm. Makes approxim ately 3 servings, about 3/4 cu p each.
