All prospective bidders should keep m mind that the specifications for this proposed remodeling project can be seen at the office of designated agent for receipt of bids between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from the 1st day of March, 1979 until the designated date and time for closing bids. No bids will be received or considered by the Board of County Commissioners for Columbia County, Oregon, unless there appears on the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid, a statement the bidder, or an officer with authority to sign for the bidder should said bidder be a corporation, partnership, or other such business entity, that all provisions of ORS 279.350 shall be complied with.
