Wallace announce the engagement of their daughter, Karen Arlene, to M r. Joseph Royce Sarven, son of Mrs, L oretta Ledford. They have both spent the g re a t est p a rt of their life in Curry bounty, and both graduated from Brookings Harbor high school. Joe is studying P r e - d e n a r y at Southern Oregon College of Education, while Karen Is em ployed on the staff of the U.S. National Bank here in Brookings. No date has been set for the wedding.
