It was two years ago, about this week that Young’s 5 & 10 opened its doors to the public in Brook ings. According to Charles Young these two years have been event ful for the store. To observe the occasion a sales event has been arranged. The message is carried on another page in this issue. * The store was first oi»ened in th e building across the street, now occupied by Young’s Gift Shop. When the Manley building was completed last Summer, the store was moved to its present location and considerable expansion was made to meet the anticipated new business the location would afford. Hazlett puts tissues of ex perimental animals in a solution, then adds the drug to be tested. Re action of the drug on the tissue is recorded on the slowly-revolving cylinder.
