Joan Steien, Corky and Joe Brewer made a business trip to Crescent City last Friday night. I Mr. and Mrs. Greg Large and infant son, of Florence, were vis iting friends and relatives here and Gold Beach. Mrs. Large, the former Jessie Miller, attended high school here several years ago. The annual Ophir high school Valentine dance was well at tended. A good time was report ed by everyone present.. Mr. and Mrs. Willis Moore who have been visiting here, re turned to their home in McKen- zie Bridge, Ore. Jess Pullen of Bandon is now living at Nesika Beach. Mr. and Mrs. George Gilbert fiave returned after spending the past week in Eugene on business. U. E. Brewer purchased the George Hammer jeep. W. J. Poff has returned after spending some time in Mountain View’, Arkansas.
