Grill the tortillas with a little butter, then place the tortillas on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle one with 1/4 of the cheese, the tomato, onion, BBQ sauce and chicken, and the other with the remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
