1/3 c. BBQ sauce
1 six oz. chicken breast, sauteed and cubed
3/4 c. cheddar, shredded
sour cream, guacamole and salsa for garnish
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Grill the tortillas with a little butter, then place
the tortillas on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle one with 1/4 of the cheese, the tomato,
onion, BBQ sauce and chicken, and the other with the remaining cheese. Bake 10
minutes or until the cheese is melted. Take out of oven, place the tortilla with
just cheese on top of the other and cut into six wedges. Serve with garnishes.
