Crab Casserole, beet salad recipes offered BY SAHA SEW ELL CRAB CASSEROLE 2 cups cooked nee 2 cups crabmeat (shrimp or ch ic k e n m ay be substituted) 1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional) 4 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups grated cheese 2 cups milk M ix ric e , crab m e at, green pepper cheese, salt and pepper and put into a greased casserole Mix eggs and milk and pour over other ingredients Bake hour covered in 370* oven . H eat 1 can mushroom soup and a small can of mushroom buttons (or 3/4 Lb fresh sauteed), and pour over all at serving time.
