She said that »he law pro vides an explicit appeals period, which is 60 days I.ECOURSE DOUBTED She said that she doubts that there is any recourse except for a Lawsuit, since close to two years have passed since the annexa tion She said it would be difficult to try and contest the action of the Boundary Commission at this late date. “The only way to rectify any procedural error, if an error was made, is to call attention to it during the time of the hearing,” said Won C abral would not be specific on any action that ECOS might take, but did indicate that he would not rule out legal recourse “This all stems from the people having no input in the Boundary Commission hearing.
