The wins raised Sandy’s league record to 6-4, 8-10 overall. The Pioneer girls edged Sweet Home 26-23 Thursday then came back to clip Estacada in overtim e Monday 28-26. F re s h m a n P a ig e Daugherty came up from the freshmen team and provided some much needed muscle Thursday to help out center Cindy McCoy. Between them, the two grabbed 16 rebounds to lead Sandy’s inside attack. It was an aggressive defense that keyed the Pioneers’ overtim e win against Estacada.
