Both boat and bank anglers enjoyed scattered flur ries of action but fishing is stUl spotty. Spin-glos appear to be the top producer so far but spinners are picking up a few fish. The most popular areas are Huntley Park and Orchard Bar for bank fishermen and Elephant R o c k and Kimball Riffle for boaters. Saturday, AprU 23, marks the opening of trout season for much of the state. C(n the south coast, however, only Floras Lake is af fected since Garrison Lake is open the entire year.
