T h a t d e c is io n w as m a d e by H o lla n d e r b e c a u s e h e f e l t t h a t th e r i s e o f th e s e x i n d u s t r y w a s to o s i g n i f i c a n t to i g n o r e . T h e N E A r e q u e s t e d t h a t w e i n d i c a t e t h a t i t h a d n o t f u n d e d t h e i s s u e ; to a c c o m o d a te t h e ir r e q u e s t, w e p r in te d an e r r a t a .
