Swanson of Swanson Tax Advisory Group and Raycen Ballard of American Horse Consulting to as sist tribal elders with estate planning. This presentation will give a gen eral idea of what they can assist with - advance directives, living wills, living trusts, investments, and more. If the elder chooses to do so, he/ she will have a one-on-one consulta tion appointment to go over personal needs at no charge to the elder. In or der to utilize this benefit, however, the elder must attend the seminar. Elders are welcome to bring a spouse or other guest with them. By planning ahead and putting everything in writing, there will be no mistake as to the elders’ intentions and will simplify the process for loved ones.
