Parent/Guardians are welcome to attend and are responsible for dropping off and picking up children at appropriate times. Children age 10 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. If so list below: _____________________________________________ Culture Camp will begin this year on July 26 and end on July 28. Camp will be held at the Siletz Tribal Community Cen ter and pow-wow grounds. Culture Camp is for tribal families and children age 10 or younger must have an adult chaperone. Camp planning meetings are under way and suggested activities include basketweaving, hand drum-making demonstration, drumstick making, beadworking, shell necklace making, tra ditional foods preparation, flintknapping, storytelling, fish T-shirt painting, mocca sin making, and recreational activities. Overnight camping is available for families that live outside of the Siletz area. Tipis are all checked out. Overnight participants should bring tents, sleeping bags, toiletries, etc. Campers can arrive on July 25; however, meals are not pro vided on that day .
