To provide Siletz Tribal members with the proper management training and techniques to succeed in the gaming industry at management levels. Job Summary: Tribal member protégé is a three-year program working a minimum of one month to a maximum of three months in each department. The protégé will follow an outlined curriculum and will be assessed after the completion of an assigned area and/or department prior to moving to the next assigned area and/or department. Qualifications • • Must be 21 years of age or older Must be an enrolled Siletz Tribal • member Valid Oregon driver’s license • High school diploma or GED • One year equivalent work experience with administrative supervisory All positions require a pre employment drug screen and the ability to acquire a Siletz Tribal gaming license, which includes a background investigation. This program is for Siletz Tribal members only.
