applications to fill a tribal member protégé
position. We are looking for someone
who can demonstrate initiative and
dedication, and is highly motivated to
strive for a career in the gaming industry.
Tribal Member Protégé
Starting Salary: $32,360.80

Objective: To provide Chinook
Winds with qualified Siletz Tribal mem
bers who will help form the future man
agement team. To provide Siletz Tribal
members with the proper management
training and techniques to succeed in the
gaming industry at management levels.
Job Summary: Tribal member
protégé is a three-year program
working a minimum of one month to a
maximum of three months in each
department. The protégé will follow an
outlined curriculum and will be
assessed after the completion of an
assigned area and/or department prior
to moving to the next assigned area
and/or department.

Must be an enrolled Siletz Tribal

Valid Oregon driver’s license

High school diploma or GED
•
One year equivalent work experience
with administrative supervisory
All positions require a pre
employment drug screen and the ability
to acquire a Siletz Tribal gaming
license, which includes a background
investigation. This program is for
