The number t certified, 682, is the actual amount of mail-in ballots received. The r number announced before the opening of ballots was incorrect. Upon reconciliation of the ballots, a numbering error was discovered. This discovery necessitated the correction in the number of ballots received by mail. This number is verifiable both by records in possession of the Election Board and by information in the poll book. I apologize for any confusion this might have caused.
