Bev Youngman nominated Mona for this award. Her nomination read, in part, “Beginning as a Programs clerk, Mona gradually took on greater duties, which is not to say she can be taken advantage of. She is simply one of those rare individuals that will do anything and everything to help other people, both in her job and private life. Literally, for Mona, no job is too small or too large for her to undertake ...
