Chinook Winds August 2001 Events Aug. 10-12: Annual Nesika Illahee Pow-Wow - Siletz Aug. 24-26: Run for the Wind II Aug. 25-26: Indian Motorcycle Giveaway Rules and Regs: Must be 21 to play Keno. Must play a 5 spot at $ 1 a game. Tickets must be marked with a “p” to be eligible for the progressive jackpot. Must hit 5 out of 5 to win. Seventy percent of sales go into the pot daily until won, with a maximum of $5,000. Multiple winners on same game will split pot equally. The Fab Five Progressive will start and reset at $900.
