I would like to wish my wonderful, loving husband, Michael D., a happy anniversary. The past few years have gone by quite fast, but we have made such memories to last a lifetime. I’m looking forward to the years that we will love together, live together, laugh together, cry together, and most of all, give our children all that we can, together. Love, Mom and Dad Happy Father’s Day, Dada! Love, Quinton (Quince) The Siletz Basket Exhibition and Gathering held on April 7 was a great success, with an array of baskets on display. It was great to walk around and chat with others about basket styles, origins, and ages. Some of our guests brought their pictures and their old feather dance regalia along with their baskets. This made for even more conversations. Many visitors stopped by with baskets and asked for help in identifying the basket(s). We would like to thank the following people for bringing their Happy Father’s Day to my dad, Micheal Jordan. You may not be a basketball star, but you’ll always be the world to me. Love, Sheila Thank you to all of you who stopped by to check out all of the baskets. We enjoyed your company. We also enjoyed great fry bread and Indian tacos. A group of volunteers sponsored an Indian taco sale, with all proceeds going directly into the Sharon Butler Memorial Scholarship fund. The family and friends of Sharon Butler thank you for your continued support of this memorial scholarship. Thanks again to everyone who helped make this event a success. We’re looking forward to next year. Happy Father’s Day, Dad. We love you. Hope your Father’s Day is as special as you are to us.
