Proud parents are Robby and Lisa Rilatos. Grandparents are Shine and Ruby Rilatos and the late Ron and Stacey Oleman. Thank you Terry Fisher, Elena Bassett, Leilani Cordova, and the rest of the SIHA staff and Housing commissioners. I didn’t think this day would ever come and here it is. I am an official homebuyer. After living in apartments and rentals for the last 15 years, this makes it all seem worthwhile. Thank you for making it all possible for us. We appreciate it more than you will ever know.
