He was raised and received his education in the Toppenish, Washington community. Bill was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He served for one enlistment until receiving his Honorable Discharge. She had served as a Union Executive Board Member for the UFCW Union Local #555 in Tigard, Oregon, as well as on the bargaining committee. Among her special interests she enjoyed traveling, beach time, baseball and spending time with her grandchildren. Ann was also preceded in death by her parents, James and Mickey Johnson.
