When we got to the lake we saw that one of the cushions and life vest had blown out of the boat. I couldn’t believe it. I had towed the boat several times to eastern Oregon fishing and never had a problem. I was sure they were gone forever. The odds of finding them were slim to none. We were coming home after dark looking on the way knowing it was a waste of time. I figured they had blown out somewhere on the Sunset since that was where I drove the fastest. No sign of them there. We were almost home when I saw them leaned up against a light pole. Some very considerate person had placed them there where they would be seen. I would like to thank that person. It was very nice of them to do that. august1 Now Beer & Kegs to go Sun - Thurs 11 AM - Midnight • 733 Bridge St, Vernonia Cedar Side Inn Small and Large Animals Taco Tuesday from opening until 9 PM 3 hardshell or 1 softshell $4.25 Fri - Sat 11 AM - 2:30 AM • 503-429-9999 291 A Street call Kim Prime Rib every second Saturday 5-9 PM Now Open Mon, Wed & Saturday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Karaoke every Friday 9 PM-close Call for Appointments (503) 429-1612 Or 24 hr.
