These skeptics should try jumping 4 to 6 feet into the air off of one foot, make three—sometimes four—vertical rotations in under a sec ond and then land on one foot without falling. Oh, and they’ll have to do so while wearing razor-sharp blades and taking on a frozen pond at speeds be tween 20-30 mph. I bet said naysayers won’t argue after attempting that. For 25 years, Smuckers Stars on Ice has been touring the nation, giving the public a taste of professional figure skating. The show has also helped ele vate the sport by showcasing the ath leticism involved. The 2011 tour glides into the Rose Just Out presents Drag King Night at Hot Flash! All for drag, and drag for all!
