ed in Jackson County. Oregon, to-wit:-

and (9) and the north half of the west one hun­
dred fifty-five and 1-2 feet of lot numbered seven
(7) in the L. and N. Subdivision number one. as
the same is platted and recorded in the records
of Jackson County, Oiegon. containing 11 and
60-100 acres more or less.
For such other and further relief us is prayed
for in plaintiff’s complaint and as to this Court
