"If no one else will make tbe proper application to the board I will make It myself. It will be my duty as Orchard's attorney," said Mr. Wyman. Miners Will Quit Work on April 1st, Indianapolis, Ind., March 31. The Union miners of the Fields Com pany will lay down picks and shovels tomorrow night.
