At the conclusion bf Hanna's argument the senate went into executive session. In the house general debate on the anti-anarchy bill was closed. Richard son of Alabama, during the course ot some remarks upon' the bill, caustically criticised President Roosevelt's Memo rial day oration at Arlington, and said that he felt it his painfnl duty to con trast McKinley's sentiments at Hunts ville, Ala., with Roosevelt's remarks at Arlington on May 30.
