It is on file at City Hall, www.cityoflagrande.org and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2018-19, the Agency received $635,557 in property tax revenue with total revenues of $676,447. Agency expenditures for FY 2018-19 were $726,077 which does not include a transfer of $403,249 from the Debt Fund to the General Fund. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2019-20 are $768,500. The 2019-20 budget includes $1,539,646 in estimated resources/expenditures for the General Fund and $1,758,200 for the Debt fund. The estimated impact of carrying out the Urban Renewal Plan on the tax collections for FY 2018-19 for all taxing districts is shown in the table below.
