Turner, owner of the ortland club of the Pacific coast mseball league, announced Monday he Portland team will open the 1935 eason in a new ball park with stands if steel and concrete. The new park and. stadium will be milt here by Ralph B. Lloyd, Los ingeles capitalist, Turner told the hamber of commerce members, for tm luncheon. The site of the new park has not een selected. Plans for the new tadtum are In hand, H. R. Drinker, Joyd's Portland representative, said.
