Where more than 2,000,000 bushels are, bought or sold, the margin on all over that figure Is 20 per' cent, under the code. The exchanges agreed to continue present regulations which limit fluc tuations for one day's trading to five cents per bushel on wheat, rye and barley, four cents per bushel on corn and three centa per bushel on oats.
