Add to peas anil cook until tender In boil ing water. Add salt ton minutes before removing fom 'Iro. .Drain If necessary. Combine with rice, butter and tomatoes, mixing well with a fork. Turn Into a well but tered baking dish and bake l'lfteon minutes in a hot oven. Garnish with egg cut In thin slices. Serve from tho baking dish.
