Cart' (whose name is used with permission): He had a 20-Pay Life policy bought in 1909 for $5,000. The amount payable at death was $3000, or in five more -years he would have an insurance estate, paid up, of $5,000. The cash value of ' the ' policy, or its savings, amounted to $2010. Taking this cash out and plac ing it at 7 interest, the income will purchase a new straight life policy of $5,000.00 yet he has the $2010 in cash IN ADDITION to his protection of $5,000, giving a paid up estate of $7010. He increases his estate $2010 immediately and saves over $600 in premiums which' would have to be paid to mature the old policy. Insure fur Protection.
