This is a duty that rests equally upon labor and capital. To a sane per son there is much cause for worry in the present situation; industrial disputes arc, cropping but eeyry where.' An- archy, sedition and treason are abroad. It seems too bad that at tin's time labor and capital could not pull to gether and that the whole country could not present a united front to the enemy.
