Woman Learns .Mother Has Been Dead 4 Years and Sister 2 Yean;. New York, June 3. I'our years af ter the death of her mother r.nd a year after that of her sister, Mrs. Mary C. L. Brown first learned that they were not still alive. Both wom en (iictl in the Archer Home for Elder ly People, 41 1 Windsor, Conn., conduct ed by Mrs. Amy E. Archer-Gilligan, now under arrest on a. charge of poi soning one of the inmates. Mrs. Brown lives in Bridgeport. An article appearing in a Bridgeport paper saying that state police were in that city investigating the circum stances surrounding the deaths of Mis, Bridget Lynch, 93 years old, nnd Mrs. Rosa Lynch, aged 65, was the first word sho had received of oithsr of them in years. Mrs. Brown is a sister of Dr. John C. Lynch, noted neurologist and mem ber of the consulting staff of the Post Graduate Hospital in New York. Mrs. Lynch died on June 20, 1912, und her daughter died in 1915. In a statement Mrs. Brown said that Dr. Lynch was administrator of the es tate of the sister. "It was quite surprising to read in the newspapers of the deaths of my mother and sister at the Archer Home," Said Mrs. Brown. "I cannot understand why I was never notified when their deaths occurred. I never knew they were removed from Trum bull (near Bridegport.) "I have nothing to say except that I wish they would tell the truth," Dr. Lynch said. "My mother and 'jister died four years ago of incurable dis eases, to the best of my belief.
