Miss Pierce and the young ladies of the v domestic -department served dainty refreshments to all, con sisting of cocoa and wafers. There was a large crowd present and exclam ations of surprise and pleasure were heard on every hand as to fine ex hibits made ty the yodng people. : Th'e Commercial club will see that the ex hibit will be forwarded to the county fair at La Grande.
