WHEREAS, The city of La Grande by a resolution ,, passed by the council on the 30th day of ' August, 1911. deemed It expedient and neces sary to Improve the following portions of Sixth etreet, to-wlt: ' Sixth street from the South line of Washlngon avenue to the north line of K avenue, and afterwards by an appropriate resohitlon caused the city engineer to prepare plena ana specin cations for an appropriate improve ment of said street; and WHEREAS, said plans and specif) cations were duly made by the said engineer and adopted and filed on the 21st day of October, 1911; and WiHHREAS, said council did appoint three of its members commissioners affected und benefited by the improve ment of Elm street, and said com missioners duly examined said prop erty and made their report in writing to the council whfch was duly consid ered and adopted; and WHEREAS, the boundaries of the' district to be benefited and to be as sessed by Bach improvement were fix ed and determined toy -the council is as follows: .
